CDC2016 -Oct 25- ClockJaw

A construct of unknown origin held together by the living slime that has the uncanny ability to manipulate time by sending itself, or things to and fro into the time stream. This hulking behemoth is on the DO NOT ENGAGE list because the last team sent to subdue the giant were punched into last Thursday. At least that was the conclusion drawn from reports of a member's sudden death on Thursday as they just crumpled to the floor, and the one surviving member on the hunt on the following Wednesday claims to have seen them disappear after impact. Days later the survivor recalls that that other team member did in fact, die on a Thursday. As you can see, ClockJaw is a huge threat.

Gonna be honest, I thought of the name first, then the power, then the design. I usually work in the reverse order. As if his punches weren't bad enough, he has numerous gears in his jaw. Gear teeth. Because why not?
