Walking City NPC - Never End

Important Additional Notes:

- Never's motives/ action are not clearly defined and are up to the contestant to determine if he will work WITH or AGAINST the contestants. 
- Because he is a robot and shows little emotion, dos not mean he dosn't have any. Wink.
- The clock on his chest sychronizes with the time of where the Walking City is. It is also the source of his powers.
- The golems that roam the city do not attack Never.
- Never knows every inch of the Walking City by memory.
- His full name is Never End. Haha get it?

Hopefully I've left him open ended enough that he can be worked with as the contestants see fit.
